Custom Orders
We are happy to make items to order. If the item that you are after is not in your size or if you have a certain print in mind for a dress or an idea for a special event – We can work with you to help create a dress that you after. Simply email us at info@pigtailsandpirates.com

Shipping and Delivery
Pigtails and Pirates uses Australia Post to deliver products. Pigtails and Pirates will not be held liable for any delay or failure of delivery on the part of Australia Post or International delivery companies.
If the item is in stock it will be posted out to you within 3 working days (express post within 1 day). As our items are handmade there may be times when the item is currently not in stock. If it is not in stock and you have requested a custom order it can take up to 6 weeks for items to be made and then posted.
For international orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International service, this does not include insurance but does include tracking. If insurance is required please enquire about this using our contact page. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery, though we are not responsible for late delivery or lost items. We charge a flat rate of $30 on international orders.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia
Returns and Exchanges
Pigtails and Pirates is happy to offer customers an exchange or store credit for items purchased online (excluding custom orders). Exchanges/store credit are only accepted on goods within 14 days from the date the item was received. Items must be in original condition and all tags must remain in place. Please note that all postage will be at the customers cost. Items that are custom ordered can not be returned or exchanged
Payment and Security
We use your personal information only for the purposes of shipping and billing, and do not use the information in any other capacity. We guarantee that all personal information provided on the Pigtails and Pirates online store is safe and secure.
